Privacy and Civil Liberties Directorate (PCLD)
 

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Privacy and Civil Liberties Programs.

Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD)

Conducts independent oversight of all Department of Defense intelligence, counterintelligence, and intelligence-related activities.

 Regulatory Directorate (RD)

Optimizes regulatory compliance throughout the Department of Defense.

Freedom of Information Act Directorate (FOIA)

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Freedom of Information Act Program.

           Administrative Office

Conducts PCLT leadership and Directorates mission support functions.

MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII, Hawaii - U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Kelly Allen, commanding officer of Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 463, salutes the colors during the deactivation ceremony for HMH-463, Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, April 21, 2022. HMH-463’s deactivation is in accordance with Force Design 2030 as the Marine Corps modernizes and continues to be a lethal fighting force.
