Privacy and Civil Liberties Directorate (PCLD)
 

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Privacy and Civil Liberties Programs.

Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD)

Conducts independent oversight of all Department of Defense intelligence, counterintelligence, and intelligence-related activities.

 Regulatory Directorate (RD)

Optimizes regulatory compliance throughout the Department of Defense.

Freedom of Information Act Directorate (FOIA)

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Freedom of Information Act Program.

           Administrative Office

Conducts PCLT leadership and Directorates mission support functions.

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, AK, UNITED STATES - U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Julia Lebens, a photojournalist with the 673d Air Base Wing Public Affairs Office, photographs joint Army and Marine Corps airborne operations at Malemute Drop Zone, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Dec. 8, 2023. Marine Corps aviators from Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 153 out of Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, and Army paratroopers assigned to the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 11th Airborne Division conducted the joint airborne sustainment training to ensure mission readiness in an arctic environment.
