Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Privacy and Civil Liberties Programs.

Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD)

Conducts independent oversight of all Department of Defense intelligence, counterintelligence, and intelligence-related activities.

 Regulatory Directorate (RD)

Optimizes regulatory compliance throughout the Department of Defense.

Freedom of Information Act Directorate (FOIA)

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Freedom of Information Act Program.

           Administrative Office

Conducts PCLT leadership and Directorates mission support functions.

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Staff Sgt. Toni-Moi Dewar, a 68W combat medic assigned to the 187th Medical Battalion, assists a Briscoe Elementary School student fill his backpack during a back-to-school supply drive on Aug. 9.The battalion reaffirmed its commitment to sponsoring Briscoe Elementary School by providing much needed school supplies to students and their families. The 187th Medical Battalion has participated in the Fort Sam Houston Adopt-A-School program for more than nine years.
