Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Privacy and Civil Liberties Programs.

Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD)

Conducts independent oversight of all Department of Defense intelligence, counterintelligence, and intelligence-related activities.

 Regulatory Directorate (RD)

Optimizes regulatory compliance throughout the Department of Defense.

Freedom of Information Act Directorate (FOIA)

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Freedom of Information Act Program.

           Administrative Office

Conducts PCLT leadership and Directorates mission support functions.

The 29th Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, also known as the 29th Colored Regiment, was a unit of mostly African-American men from across Connecticut who volunteered to serve and fight for the Union during the American Civil War.
