Privacy and Civil Liberties Directorate (PCLD)
 

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Privacy and Civil Liberties Programs.

Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD)

Conducts independent oversight of all Department of Defense intelligence, counterintelligence, and intelligence-related activities.

 Regulatory Directorate (RD)

Optimizes regulatory compliance throughout the Department of Defense.

Freedom of Information Act Directorate (FOIA)

Provides policy guidance and oversees the administration, organization, and management of Department of Defense Freedom of Information Act Program.

           Administrative Office

Conducts PCLT leadership and Directorates mission support functions.

Washington DC - The Pentagon Memorial honoring the 184 people killed at the Pentagon and on American Airlines flight 77, which was flown into the building during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, will be dedicated at a ceremony on Sept. 11 2008. The Pentagon Memorial will be the first official monument to the victims of the terrorist attacks seven years ago.
