DoW Unified Agenda and Regulatory Plan
The DoW Semi-Annual Unified Agenda is part of a consolidated OMB document published in the Federal Register consisting of rules that have significant public impact and interest.
The DoW Regulatory plan is an annual Statement of Regulatory Priorities that identifies the most significant regulatory actions DoW expects to issue in the forthcoming fiscal year according to Executive Order 12866, "Regulatory Planning and Review," October 4, 1993, as amended by Executive Order 14094, "Modernizing Regulatory Review," April 11, 2023.
